Cold Storage & Low Temp Construction Solution Provider

This controlled atmosphere cold room project was undertaken by Hao Shuang refrigeration Hangzhou branch. The cold storage has two air-conditioned cold rooms with a volume of 600 cubic meters and a refrigeration room with a volume of 300 cubic meters. The total project scale is 1000 cubic meters. Cold storage temperature is 0 ℃ -5 ℃. The unit is furnished with polyurethane double-sided color steel cold storage board (density 0.5, thickness 150mm). Included is a United States manufactured Copeland fully enclosed Emerson unit, Hao Shuang air cooled chillers, Hao Shuang cold storage control box, LED high temperature and low temperature moisture-proof special lights for cold storage, temperature and humidity recorder, and a comprehensive air conditioning control system.

Project Name: Construction and installation of pitaya packaged cold storage

The controlled atmosphere cold room was divided into eight rooms: 2 pre-cold storages, 4 controlled atmosphere storages and 2 ordinary cold rooms. The temperature range of the cold storage is -5 ℃ ~ 15 ℃. The cold storage uses an imported Copeland compressor unit and flame-retardant polyurethane double-sided color steel storage board. Refrigeration equipment, lighting systems and electrical machinery meet the required cold storage standards.

Project description:
The controlled atmosphere cold storage for Tuoketuo Yellow River Wetland Management Committee is constructed for storing grapes. The cold storage temperature is designed at -1-0 ℃and the cold storage relative humidity is 90-95%. The entire cold storage is divided into 4 separate rooms, including three controlled atmosphere cold storages with the height of 5 meters and one ordinary cold storage. The total storage capacity is 300 tons. The project was completed in October 2014, and according to the after-sales tracking, cold storage equipment is operating normally.

Zhangjiagang Phoenix agricultural cooperatives sought out Hao Shuang's Hangzhou refrigeration branch for a controlled atmosphere cold storage system. The construction took 45 days and we were able to produce a cold storage unit that was 1,800 cubic meters with three controlled atmosphere cold rooms and a buffer room. The unit is primarily used to store pears grown in Phoenix town.
