Our team was tasked with building 11 cold storage units, consisting of 9 sets of cold storage with a temperature range of 0 to 5℃, 1 pre-cooling unit with the same temperature range, and 1 blaster freezer with a temperature of -30℃. Our client had a PC center controlled management system in mind, and it was important to select an energy-saving solution that fell under budget control while satisfying user requirement standard documents.
Project overviewWe successfully completed this project for an agriculture market cold storage facility, which boasts a total of 10,000 cubic meters of space. Within this facility, we installed a cold room with a volume of 7,700 cubic meters that maintains a temperature range of 0 to 5℃, a pre-cooling unit with a volume of 1,100 cubic meters, and a blaster freezer with a volume of 105 cubic meters.
We selected the best refrigeration systems for each of these units, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. For the cold room, we chose the Hanbell screw refrigeration unit with a model of three parallel trc-100B. For the pre-cooling unit, we installed the Refcomp Piton refrigeration compressor unit with a model of SP4H2500. Finally, for the blaster freezer, we chose the Hanbell screw refrigeration unit with a model of LB-800.
Additionally, we chose Kinder efficiency air coolers for all of the project's units based on efficiency, energy-saving capabilities, low noise output, and environmentally friendly features.
