Located in the heart of China's Tianjin Square in Xiqing, our client required three separate cold storage rooms totaling approximately 7,000 cubic meters. The project included a 3,100 cubic meter martial cold storage room, a 3,400 cubic meter freezer room, and a 300 cubic meter final product blast freezer. The project needed to be completed in just 35-40 working days.

Our team installed a BITZER two parallel screw compressor refrigeration unit with large cooling capacity and the most competitive price. We also utilized LU-VE air cooler for faster and more even cooling of the entire storage facility.

The insulation material was also carefully selected for maximum energy savings and fire protection. We installed PUF-150mm double slide steel panels in the freezer rooms and the blaster freezer room to prevent heat loss, and PUF-120mm double slide steel panels in the cold storage room. All of our insulation panels are environmentally friendly and designed for temperature-controlled environments. Our temperature control system is top-of-the-line with automatic adjustments, temperature and humidity alarm capabilities, data recording, mobile client monitoring, and more.
