Our client required seven cold storages in total, spanning a total area of 468 ㎡ and a volume of 2340m³. The project included two freezer rooms (-18℃), three cold storage rooms (0-5℃), and two CA cold storage rooms (0-5℃), with a PC center-controlled management system. We also need to provide an energy-saving solution while staying within the client's budget. Plus, the cold storages needed to meet the User Requirement Standard (USD) documents.
Project overviewTo meet the client's requirements, we designed the blaster freezer with dimensions of 12*5*5m, covering 60㎡/volume:300m³ each, while the cold storages had dimensions of 12*7*5m, covering 84㎡/volume:420m³ each. The CA cold storages had dimensions of 12*4*5m, covering 48㎡/volume:240m³ each.
We installed two sets of 15HP Compland low-temperature scroll refrigeration units for the freezer rooms, three sets of 15HP Compland medium low-temperature refrigeration units for the cold storage rooms, and two sets of 15HP Compland medium low-temperature refrigeration units for the CA cold storage rooms. We chose these refrigeration units for their higher cooling capacity, relative low price, and better safety. Each room also had four sets of Kinder series high-efficiency air coolers that feature low noise, long-distance wind paths, and high cooling rates.
To manage temperature control effectively, we integrated a highly functional temperature control system for each cold storage room that automatically adjusted the temperature while providing functions such as temperature and humidity alarms, data recording, and mobile client monitoring.
We completed the project within 10 to 15 working days, ensuring optimal temperature control for each cold storage room.
